Facilities and Capacity Villa Conca Smeraldo comfortably accommodates up to 10 people and gives, from every corner, a spectacular view that enchants the eye and leaves you and your loved ones breathless. People can access the property by descending about twenty steps: just a few steps, but enough to enter a world of silence and wonder. On the ground floor, you will be greeted by a bright and intimate living area with a sofa, table and chairs next to a fully equipped kitchen designed for sharing moments of conviviality. A gorgeous half-bath completes the living area. Climbing about 20 steps leads to the second floor, where there are three bedrooms: one double with a private bathroom and shower, another double and a twin bedroom. Here, there is also a second bathroom, elegant and functional, equipped with a double sink and a shower with chromotherapy, perfect for rejuvenating after a day at the beach. A wooden spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, which leads to one of the most striking terraces of the villa, directly overlooking the blue sea. Here are two more double bedrooms and an additional bathroom with a shower.
