About Just Drink
Just Drink is a wedding bar service based in San Miniato, Tuscany, founded by Federico and Samuele after more than twenty years in events. The company serves weddings in villas, castles, farmhouses and private estates across Tuscany, and travels to the rest of Italy.
The counters are Just Drink's own, handmade in wood: the Heritage line, in classic dark wood, and the White line, available in quilted, mirrored and plain finishes. They are modular, so the bar is sized to the space and to the number of guests, and the front can carry the couple's initials or monogram. Lighting, back bar and glassware are chosen for each venue, so that the bar belongs to the setting rather than being placed in it.
The bar follows the three moments of the evening. The arrival: the first impression, with the bar in view and an aperitivo that welcomes everyone together. The rituals: the toast, the cake and the couple's signature drink, which the bar accompanies and makes memorable. The after dinner: the heart of the celebration, with pace and atmosphere kept alive until the last toast.
The drink list is built together with the couple: classic cocktails, Just Drink's own creations, and mocktails prepared with the same care. Every couple receives a signature drink created for them, inspired by their tastes or their story.
Couples planning from abroad are followed in English, by email and WhatsApp, from the first enquiry to the end of the night. The team visits the venue before the wedding and is fully self-sufficient in power, water and set-up. Just Drink is rated 5.0 by 14 couples.
