We're building a curated supplier directory — and here's why it matters for your Italian wedding.

If you've been following our journey, you'll know that Italian Venues started as a simple idea: help couples find the perfect wedding venue in Italy without the overwhelm. Over the past year, we've grown to feature 300+ handpicked venues across 12 regions — from medieval Tuscan borghi to sun-drenched Puglia masserias.

But here's what we've learned from working with hundreds of couples: finding the venue is just the beginning.

The question we keep hearing

Once couples fall in love with a venue, the next conversation is almost always the same:

Do you know a good photographer in Tuscany?

Can you recommend a florist who does rustic arrangements?

We need a band — where do we even start?

Planning a destination wedding means sourcing suppliers in a country you might not know well, in a language you might not speak, with no personal recommendations to fall back on. It's one of the most stressful parts of the process — and it shouldn't be.

Introducing: The Italian Venues Supplier Directory

We're building a curated directory of trusted wedding suppliers across Italy — photographers, videographers, florists, hair and makeup artists, musicians, DJs, celebrants, transport companies, caterers, stationery designers, and wedding planners.

Every supplier in the directory will be vetted by our team. We're not building a crowded marketplace with hundreds of listings. We're keeping it small, curated, and personal — the same approach we take with our venues.

What to expect

The directory will launch on italianvenues.com later this year. Here's what it will include:

For Couples

Browse suppliers by category and region, see their work, read about their style, and enquire directly. We'll also recommend specific suppliers based on your venue, region, and budget — just like we do with venues today.

For Suppliers

A place to showcase your work to international couples who are actively planning Italian weddings. Not browsing — booking. These are couples with venues confirmed, dates set, and budgets allocated.

Priority will be given to suppliers who:

Work across multiple regions
Have experience with destination weddings
Can provide references or a portfolio
