• —Confirm the photographer is briefed to stay hidden until the moment lands, and agree the signal in advance
• —Pin the time to the light, not the diary — golden hour moves by more than two hours between April and August
• —Ask what happens if it rains, or the spot is crowded — a professional has a second location already scouted
• —Check whether they can coordinate the restaurant or venue afterwards, so the evening does not depend on a walk-in table
