L'Arancera di Villa Grabau

Wedding ceremonies can accommodate up to 120 guests. From 50 guests onwards, a Plan B tensile structure is mandatory (rented through external suppliers) which accommodates 70-80 seated guests or up to 120 standing. Additional Plan B options include Apartment 1's shared hall (up to 40 seated, about 80 standing) and a covered parasol terrace. For larger celebrations up to 300 guests, the property coordinates with Villa Grabau's Lemonhouse, located a 5-minute walk away across the road.

The property accommodates 24 guests comfortably across 12 en-suite bedrooms distributed in apartments (expandable to 32 with additional beds). When combined with Villa Grabau next door, total accommodation capacity reaches approximately 52 overnight guests. Additional nearby accommodations can be arranged through the estate's hospitality partners.

Exclusive use is mandatory when organizing events. Individual apartment or room rentals are only available during low season or remaining availability during high season (which can be verified starting from February/March of the current year). For destination weddings, exclusive use creates a genuine house-party atmosphere where your entire wedding party stays together and the property becomes your private celebration base.

L'Arancera is Villa Grabau's newly opened sister property. The two properties are separate and divided by a road, though they are reachable on foot within a 5-minute walk—access is not directly connected. They function independently or together: use L'Arancera for intimate celebrations and luxury accommodation, or combine with Villa Grabau's historic Lemonhouse for ceremonies up to 300 guests. The flexibility accommodates various wedding sizes and celebration formats.

The property supports both relaxed self-catering and full-service luxury depending on your preferences.

Located 7km from Lucca's historic center, L'Arancera sits perfectly positioned for Tuscan exploration: 30 minutes to Forte dei Marmi beaches and Pisa, 45 minutes to Florence, and under 2 hours to Siena and Cinque Terre. Pisa and Florence airports are both within an hour, making international guest access straightforward.

Exclusive use includes all apartments with an initial supply of bedsheets, towels, pool towels, Erbario Toscano toiletries, and Lavazza coffee pods. Weekly gardening service, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, and access to all facilities including infinity pool, citrus garden, lounges, and dining areas are included. Linen changes and extra cleaning services are not included in the accommodation price and are available upon request for an additional fee. Additional services like private chef, activities, and event setup are arranged à la carte through the concierge.

L'Arancera is subject to specific restrictions imposed by the Municipality of Lucca. Outdoor music is allowed until 10:00 PM, while indoor music in the shared hall located within Apartment 1 is permitted until midnight.
